Terms & Conditions

1. A 25% NON-REFUNDLE deposit is to be paid to secure your spot.

2. Your order will be followed as to what is on the quote, please ensure all the information is correct (date, flavour etc)

3. Please Note full balance is due 2 (two) days before collection.

4. Wedding cakes 5 (five) days before collection/delievry.

5. Late orders (3 or less days before collection) should be paid in full before processing your order with a surcharge of R200.00

6. Collection time is between 10:00AM - 12:00AM STRICTLY ON FRIDAYS & SATURDAY

7. The cake is to be transported on a flat surface under air-conditioning as icing can melt as well as the décor on the cake.

8. Please ensure your cake is refrigerated so as to avoid melting and collapsing.

9. No responsibility whatsoever will be taken by us for any damages or deterioration of the cake due to unfavourable conditions or storage.

10. Please ensure there is a fan/aircon placed infront of the cake to ensure the cake is protected from the heat.

11. Unfortunately Oh So Baked will not refund orders where the client is at fault. A voucher will be given to be used on any order within a year. The voucher amount will be the amount paid on the cancelled order minus the deposit.
